Replacing the existing switchgear and low voltage motor control center at City College Reservoir. Fabrication and Installation of aluminum tread plate covers on the chlorine contact basin and sand filter influent troughs. The covers consisting of a 3/16" 6061 aluminum tread plate surface and the bottom side having a 2x2x1/4" aluminum angle welded transversely at 24" spacing. The 2x2 angle sitting on a 2x2 angle that is drilled and epoxied into the existing concrete trough. The tread plate to be flush with the top angle that is drilled and epoxied into the existing concrete. Each fabricated section 42" wide by 48" long. Each panel weighing about 50 lbs.
